Do you have a guarantee?

We're pleased to provide you with a 1-year BRUNA guarantee.

We use carefully selected and high-quality materials so that your jewelry lasts a long time with proper care. If you notice a manufacturing defect despite our high-quality standards, as part of our 1-year guarantee, we will replace your jewelry free of charge.

Our 1-year guarantee covers:

  • Loose pearls and precious stones
  • Broken chains on necklaces and bracelets
  • Defective closures

Please note that our guarantee doesn't apply to everyday signs of everyday wear such as scratches, oxidation, replating, or modifications made by an independent third party. In these cases, please reach out to us so that we can help you find a suitable situation or to make use of our repair service.

To keep your BRUNA jewelry looking its best, please avoid contact with chemical substances such as perfumes, lotions, or soaps, and store your jewelry pieces individually and in a dry place to protect them from scratches and oxidation.

I bought the jewelry piece myself:

Please email us at customercare@brunathelabel.com with a picture, description of the defect, your full name, and/or the order number (found on your order confirmation). We will then carefully examine your request. In the event of a repair or replacement, you will receive an additional year's warranty on your piece of jewelry.

My jewelry was a gift:

We'll need the name of the person who placed the order or the order number, as well as a picture and a description of the defect. Please send all details to customercare@brunathelabel.com and let us know where you would like your new jewelry to be sent in the event of an exchange.

I can't find my order number and I don't know who placed the order:

Please contact us at the above email address and we'll do our best to help you find the correct order number. Unfortunately, our one-year guarantee isn't applicable if no proof of the purchase is located. In this case, we hope to find a suitable solution, such as making use of our repair service.
