Do you have a guarantee?

How it works

  • In the event of a confirmed defect, we will either repair the item or exchange it for the same piece. If the original item is no longer available due to discontinuation, we reserve the right to issue a store credit equal to the original purchase value instead.
  • For all purchases made on or after 8 August 2025, a two-year warranty applies to every piece. If your purchase was made before 8 August 2025, the warranty is one year for gold vermeil and silver pieces, and three years for solid gold pieces.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
  • For pieces in need of repair or replacement beyond the warranty period, or in the case of damages not covered under our warranty, we offer lifetime repair services at fair pricing.
  • Any attempt to alter, resize, or repair a BRUNA piece by a third party (including jewelers, DIY repairs, or soldering) will void the warranty in full.

What’s covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Structural issues such as broken clasps, faulty chains, or loose settings due to production flaws
  • Discoloration or peeling of vermeil plating (within reasonable signs of normal wear)
  • Defective soldering or faulty closures that result from production issues

What’s not covered

  • General wear and tear, including surface scratches, dents, or fading of plating over time
  • Tarnishing, especially from exposure to water, sweat, cosmetics, or cleaning agents
  • Damage resulting from improper care or storage (including broken chains from pulling, crushed rings, bent earrings)
  • Loss, theft, or accidental damage (including dropping or crushing the piece)
  • Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
  • Damage caused by chemical exposure, perfumes, saltwater, or chlorinated water

Please note: Gold vermeil and sterling silver jewelry are more fragile and may require more frequent care than solid gold pieces.

I bought the jewelry piece myself

Please email us at customercare@brunathelabel.com with a picture, description of the defect, your full name, and/or the order number (found on your order confirmation). We will then carefully examine your request. In the event of a repair or replacement, you will receive an additional year's warranty on your piece of jewelry.

My jewelry was a gift

We'll need the name of the person who placed the order or the order number, as well as a picture and a description of the defect. Please send all details to customercare@brunathelabel.com and let us know where you would like your new jewelry to be sent in the event of an exchange.

I can't find my order number and I don't know who placed the order

Please contact us at the above email address and we'll do our best to help you find the correct order number. Unfortunately, our one-year guarantee isn't applicable if no proof of the purchase is located. In this case, we hope to find a suitable solution, such as making use of our repair service.
