My earring isn't closing properly. What should I do?

We're sorry that you're having trouble closing your earring. Fortunately, this type of problem often has an easy solution.

Try the following steps and see if that works:

Below you'll see a picture of the Milos Mini Hoops marked with a small red arrow.

(1) Gently bend the part of the earring indicated by the red arrow in the direction the arrow is pointing.

(2) Test the closure by opening and closing the earring. If the earring still isn't closing properly, softly continue to bend it until the earring can snap in and out of the closure smoothly.

Silver is a very soft material, so it shouldn't be difficult to gently bend the metal. Please note, however, that this correction should be minimal and carried out slowly and gently.
