My earring does not close properly, what shoud I do?

We are really sorry that you are having problems with the closing mechanism of your earring. Usually the problem can be easily fixed. 

Please test the following: 

Below is a picture of the "Milos Mini Hoops" on which a small red arrow is inserted as a marker. You can bend this part of the earring minimally in the direction the arrow is pointing. Then try to open and close the earring again. If it still doesn't work, try to bend it again a little bit until the optimal position is reached, so that the earring can snap in and out smoothly. Silver is a very soft material, so this is absolutely no problem. Please note, however, that this is really just a minimal correction and not a complete bend.
