What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

(1) Carefully check the second compartment of your fabric pouch

In some cases, two pieces of jewelry are delivered in one jewelry pouch, or one or more pieces have accidentally slipped into the second compartment slot. This happens in particular with earrings.

(2) Item is actually missing

If you've already searched all the compartments of every fabric jewelry pouch in your order and are still missing an item, please send us a picture of the package, the delivery note, and the contents of your package to help@brunathelabel.com. We'll get back to you quicky with a solution.
