What should I do if I receive a defective piece of jewelry or a wrong item?
(1) Defective piece of jewelry
We're so sorry that you received a defective product. Please take a picture or video of the item that clearly shows the defect and email us at help@brunathelabel.com with the attached picture and your order number.
(2) Wrong item
We're very sorry that you received the wrong item. Please take a picture of the item you received including the barcode that's attached to the jewelry, as well as a picture of the delivery bill that lists what you should have received instead.
