What can I do if an item is missing from my order?

1.) Check the second compartment of your fabric pouch

In some cases, two pieces of jewelry are stored in one jewelry pouch and an item is hiding in the second compartment. Especially with earrings this happens from time to time. If you are missing a piece of jewelry, please check if the jewelry is hiding in the second compartment of your pouch. 

2.) Item is actually missing

You have already searched all jewelry pouches from your order and also looked in the second compartment of the pouch and the item cannot be found? We will quickly solve the problem for you.
