Do you provide a return label?

After registering your return in the return portal, you can create a return label directly via a link.

A fee of €7 will be deducted from your refund for this label.

Exceptions:

• Switzerland and the UK: We will send you a return label upon request (cost: €9).
• Defective or incorrectly delivered items: In these cases, we will cover the return costs and send you a free return label. Please contact our customer care team directly at customercare@brunathelabel.com.
