What happens if I return a product or my order is cancelled?

If you earn points on a purchase and later decide to return one or more items from that order, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance. For example, if you earn 300 points on a €300 order and decide to return €100 worth, the number of points you earn will be adjusted to 200 after the return is processed.

Your BRUNA World rewards level will be determined by the amount spent after returns—if you moved into a higher rewards level with your most recent purchase but decide to return that order, your status will revert to your previous rewards level until you make your next qualifying purchase.
