What is your return policy?

In general, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

You can register your return through our Returns portal.

Returned jewelry must be in its original condition. Boxes and pouches must be complete and intact. All products must be new and unworn, and the barcode must still be attached to the jewelry. Jewelry that is damaged or can be proven to have been worn will not be refunded. We ask that you use your original packaging for returns, when possible.

Please note that in order to reduce our carbon emissions and waste, we've decided not to offer free returns at this time.
