How can I return my order?

In general, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. We only accept returns from the country where the order was originally delivered.

We kindly ask you to register your return in our returns portal by entering your order number and the email address that you used for your purchase. You can find your order number in your order and shipping confirmation.

You will be notified once we have received and processed your return. We aim to process all returns within 10 business days after receipt.

Please note that in order to reduce our carbon emissions and waste, we've decided not to offer free returns at this time.

*Returns from Switzerland & the UK

Please note that if you would like to register a return from Switzerland or the UK, an extra step is required:

(1) Register your return in our returns portal.

(2) After completing your registration and clicking on "Confirm Return", you'll be taken to a second page where you'll need to click "Get Your Label" and then follow the link to an external provider where you will receive your return label.
