How can I return my order?

In general, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

We kindly ask you to register your return in our returns portal: https://brunathelabel.returnsportal.online/ by entering your order number and e-mail address that you used for your purchase at BRUNA. You can find your order number in your order and shipping confirmation. 

Due to the sustainability aspect and conscious consumption we decided to not offer free returns.

You will be notified once we have received and processed your return. We aim to process all returns within 7 business days, after arrival. 

*Returns from Switzerland & UK

Please not that if you want to register a return from Switzerland or UK, two steps are required: 

1. Register your return via our return portal: https://brunathelabel.returnsportal.online/

2. At the end of the process from step 1, click "confirm" to be redirected to a second link where you will receive your return label.
