How can I return my order?

In general, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
We kindly ask you to register your return in our returns portal: https://brunathelabel.returnsportal.online/ by entering your order number and e-mail address that you used for your purchase at BRUNA. You can find your order number in your order and shipping confirmation. 

Your return label will be created automatically during the process. Simply print out your returns label, stick it on the package and hand it in at any branch of the appropriate parcel service provider. 

You will be notified once we have received and processed your return. We aim to process all returns within 7 business days, after arrival. 

As a young company, we unfortunately do not offer free returns, especially under the aspect of sustainable consumption. The return costs will be deducted automatically from your refund. Please find the costs for the shipping label below:
  • Germany & Austria 6 €
  • other EU countries: 9€
  • Switzerland*: 9€ 

Please note that there are some regions, where we currently do not have the option to provide return labels yet. If this is the case for your region, you will be informed during the returns registration process.

Please not that if you want to register a return from Switzerland, two steps are required: 

1. Register your return via our return portal: https://brunathelabel.returnsportal.online/

2. At the end of the process from step 1, click "confirm" to be redirected to a second link where you will receive your return label.
