How do I pause my KLARNA payment?

With KLARNA, you can easily register your return and pause your payment free of charge until the return has been processed. To do this, log in to KLARNA with your email address, click on your BRUNA order, and select the option "Register return" at the bottom. Your payment will be paused and your invoice will be automatically updated as soon as your return has been processed on our end. We do our best to process all returns as quickly as possible.
