What can I do if I received a defective piece of jewelry or a wrong item?

1.) defective piece of jewelry

We are very sorry that you received a defective product.

Please take a picture or video of the item that clearly shows the defect and email us at help@brunathelabel.com with the attached picture and your order number.

2.) Wrong item 

We are very sorry that you received the wrong item.

Please take a picture of the item you received, the delivery bill that says what you should have received instead, and the barcode that is attached to the jewelry.
