Is it possible to exchange an item for another?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer general exchanges for products at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you'll need to return your original order and place a new order.

Exception for ring exchanges (Austria & Germany only): If the ring you ordered doesn't fit, you are welcome to register it for a free exchange via our return system. Please note that this free and automatic exchange is only available when making an exchange for the same ring in a different size and is not offered if you wish to exchange with another ring model. This free ring exchange is currently only offered for orders within Austria and Germany.
