Is it possible to exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer general exchanges for all products at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original order for a refund and place a new order. 

Exception for ring exchanges (Austria & Germany only): If your ordered ring does not fit, you are welcome to register it for a free exchange via our return system.  Please note that such free & automatic process is only possible for exchange to another ring size and not for another ring model. Please note that the ring exchange is currently only possible for orders within Austria & Germany.
