When can I expect my refund?

Returns are accepted by our logistics partner and it can take up to a week afterwards until they are processed in our system.

Don't worry - your refund will be initiated as soon as we processed your return :)

Did you pay with KLARNA? 

You can register your return and pause the payment for free until the return is processed. To do this, log in to Klarna with your email address, click on your BRUNA order and select the option "Register return" at the bottom. Your invoice will be paused in the meantime and will be automatically updated as soon as the return has been processed by us.
