When can I expect my refund?

Returns are received by our logistics partner and can take up to 10 business days to be processed in our system. Your refund will be initiated as soon as we have processed your return.

If you selected KLARNA as your original payment method, you can register your return and pause the payment for free until your return is processed. To do this, log in to KLARNA with your email address, click on your BRUNA order, and select the option "Register Return" at the bottom. Your invoice will be paused in the meantime and will be automatically updated as soon as the return has been processed by us.
